From the initial brainstorming to completion of renovation, John (ID) was very patient and worked on very tight deadlines. Daily updates (pictures and videos) was sent to us even though he saw us everyday. We had to make some changes during renovation and John rectified and amended the changes immediately. This is our second time working with John. He is a very responsible and reliable ID who puts his client's interests first. Definitely a A* ID
